TOWN OF PALIA KOKKINIA 1922 (first generation):
Zero time. The great grandfather Isaak, opens the first kebap restaurant in Greece on the name “Aigyptiakon” having brought from Minor Asia the secret recipy of the well-knowsn Kebap.
MONASTIRAKI 1960 (second generation):
Success Time. The grandfather Savvas continues the Kebap business, presenting to all Athenians and visorts all Minor Asian traditional recipes.
MONASTIRAKI 1970 (third generation):
Expansion Time. Anestis, Savvas’ child expands with his 2 brothers the family business “Savvas”, opening up 3 restaurants in Monastiraki district.
ATHENS 2000 (fourth generation):
Modernization Time. Savvas, the youngest with his sister Maria, Anestis’ children decide to expand the business, combining the tradition with success.
